Lisa Rismiller

As Director of the Women’s Center, Lisa is responsible for all facets of the Center’s operations, including strategic planning, programming, budgeting, hiring and training, and communications. In addition, she is an active participant in numerous ad hoc and standing University committees addressing gender and diversity issues and University strategic planning, and serves as an institutional representative for professional organizations related to women in higher education.

Formerly the Executive Director of the UD President’s Office (1997-2002), Lisa has been part of the UD community since 1996. With a B.S. in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, Lisa earned her Master’s of Public Administration from UD in 1999. She is married to Chris and they live in Vandalia with their two sons, Brett and Kyle. In her free time Lisa enjoys camping, reading and watching her sons play sports.
